Wellness Hotel Alpenhof offers various rooms and suites. The design single rooms provide 15 m² of space. All single rooms include a separate bathroom with a shower or bathtub and WC. Alpine Chic Rooms are 20-22 m² and feature a balcony. Design Double Rooms have beds that can be prepared as single beds or a double bed, and all include a balcony and a bathroom with a bathtub. Design Superior Rooms offer 30 m² of space, a partition separating the bedroom and dressing/living room, and bathrooms with showers. Design Junior Suites range from 45 to 55 m² and include one or two bathrooms with a shower and bath, plus a separate toilet. The split-level Penthouse Deluxe Suite provides 100 m² of space with two separate bedrooms, a living room, a fireplace, a dining area, and two balconies. The Penthouse Deluxe Suite features 80 m² of space, two separate bedrooms, a living room with a fireplace, a dining table, and two balconies.

Guests can enjoy a breakfast buffet that includes fresh bread, Tradition Julen butter and yoghurt, dried meat, alpine cheese, egg dishes, homemade crêpes, seasonal fruit, homemade birch muesli, and coffee. Half board includes a 5-course selection menu from 6.30 to 9.30 p.m., featuring seasonal products. The hotel also features a Cigar Lounge that offers digestives, whiskies, and cigars. The piano bar provides cocktails and live music, near the fireplace.

The hotel offers a wellness area with a daylight pool, a hot tub, a sauna, steam baths, and a tropical shower. There is an exclusive outdoor adults-only area features a Finnish sauna, a bio-sauna, and a steam bath in a log cabin, along with a stainless steel Jacuzzi. Guests also have access to a relaxation room, a communication room with snacks, and a fitness room with Techno Gym equipment. The Lift MESO Concept is available for skin regeneration. Massage programs are available with treatments for children and pregnant women.

Wellness Hotel Alpenhof is in the centre of Zermatt, opposite the Sunnegga Cable Car Station, which accesses ski slopes and hiking areas. The hotel is 0.5 km from Zermatt and 80 km from Sion. Zermatt is a car-free village with connections to the European rail network. Modern mountain railways provide access to mountain peaks. The hotel offers a complimentary e-taxi transfer service from the Zermatt Train Station until 8 pm.
